We mutually agree for Gary L. Bryant to deliver the following during the period of July 15, 2010 to July 14, 2011 using funds from the Rio Grande Basin Initiative:

  1. Provide Water Education to producers in the Rio Grande Basin for the furtherance of efficient water use and management and proper protection of our Far West Texas Ecosystem.
  2. To provide educational sites across the Rio Grande Basin for demonstrational purposes to further promote effective water management.
  3. To further salinity control projects to improve Rio Grande Basin water quality.
