We mutually agree for Janie L. Harris to deliver the following during the period of July 15, 2010 to July 14, 2011 using funds from the Rio Grande Basin Initiative:

  1. Promotional Partner of EPA Fix a Leak Week Campaign, March 2011
    News articles, pledges, Fact sheet on Fixing leaks, Fact sheet on water wasted by leaks
  2. Encourage CEAs to partner with retailers to promote Water Sense products
  3. Update Water Management page on FCS web site
  4. Support In-Home Water Conservation educational programs at the county level
  5. Train agents how to Calculate Water Savings using the EPA web tool for calculating.
  6. Compile Youth Water Conservation Activities Booklet and post on FCS and TWRI web sites.
