1. Evaluate irrigation and nitrogen rates for specialty peppers and watermelons.
2. Determine the effects of irrigation rates and plant population in spinach.
3. Evaluate artichoke cultivars under SDI system and select for adaptability to the region.
4. Establish short-day onions to validate Kc's developed during 2005.
5. Present three oral presentation/abstracts on deficit irrigation and crop strategies of poblano, spinach and watermelon at Horticultural Sciences meetings.
6. Submit two manuscripts on irrigation and cultural strategies of vegetable crops.
