- Develop Extension publication (printed and online) of crop planning budgets including newly created cost/returns for representative vegetable production systems using drip irrigation. (December 2004)
- Develop an analysis/report of investment and cash flow feasibility of on farm water conservation methods and technologies through a TWRI Technical Report such as LEPA, drip, scheduling, PET based, etc. (multiple reports)
- Development, initial validation, and documentation of an integer programming resource allocation model of a representative commercial horticulture operation farm using the GAMS programming language. (Spring 2005 preliminary results with professional papers planned for 2005-6)
