- Deliver seepage losses estimate and water delivery efficiency information for the Rio Grande Project area for Dr. Muttiah's model configuration.
- Participate in the development of database and GIS coverage within the Rio Grande Project area from Elephant Butte Dam, NM, to Fort Quitman, TX (Paso del Norte Watershed).
- Deliver a workshop on the web-based database and GIS which will provide regional water planners/managers with flow and water quality information needed for efficient delivery of surface water in the Rio Grande Porject area and supply data needed for basin wide hydrology and salinity modeling.
- Deliver one technical report and one published paper to summarize the web-based database and GIS.
